- CSV and Excel exports. Every message in full, so a review cycle can use them and so leaving is never held up by us.
Who you pay for
On Team you pay for the people on your roster, not for everyone in your Slack workspace. Your roster starts as your whole workspace, and an admin can narrow it to the people in the public channels you pick, so one team inside a large company pays for that team.
It keeps itself up to date. People are added when they join and removed when they leave, each change prorated to the day on your next invoice, and before you save a change that adds or removes anyone you see who and what it does to your bill. Bots are never billed. Guests count like anyone else.
What you don't pay for
There are no points, streaks, leaderboards or spendable balances - not as a paid extra, not at all. Those turn thanks into a currency, and a currency into a target.
No rewards to pay for. Big Ups has no points or gift cards, so there's no rewards budget on top of your seats and nothing extra to manage.
If you cancel
Cancel from the billing page whenever you like, and you keep Team until the period you have paid for ends. The workspace then drops back to Free with nothing deleted, and returning to Team makes your whole history readable again. See the terms for the refund policy.
